Here\u2019s today\u2019s list of dumb observations\u2026 or, rather phrased\u2026 observations of dumb things\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dumb Answers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ve seen this. A person asks a question on Amazon about a product, something like, \u201cIs this cup microwave safe?\u201d To which some yahoo trots in and says, \u201cI don\u2019t know. I\u2019ve never tried it in the microwave.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\ude10<\/p>\n<p>Why did you even bother to try and answer the question? Was it really that critical for you to display your ignorance? &lt;eye roll&gt;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Calling In<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You call some business, you get \u201cthe maze\u201d of options, with the first thing you hear being, \u201cPlease listen closely, our options have recently changed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Issue: Methinks they\u2019re playing fast and loose with the word \u2018recently\u2019. This same message has been in place for over eight years! So, call me cynical, but here\u2019s what The Grump thinks is really going on\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Translation: \u201cToo many people are stupid, and will contact the wrong department if we don\u2019t push them to listen to the options.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Why can\u2019t they just say that? \u201cHey dummy!
